1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the rr789 platform at rr789.onl — whether to browse, register, deposit funds, place bets or play any game — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

These terms form a binding agreement between you and rr789. They apply to all sections of the platform including sports betting, casino games, live casino, slot games, fish games and bingo. Specific promotional terms, game rules or payment terms that appear elsewhere on the platform are incorporated into these terms by reference and apply in addition to what is set out here.

2 Eligibility

To register and use rr789 you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

rr789 reserves the right to request proof of age at any point. If satisfactory proof is not provided within the timeframe requested, access to the account may be restricted until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each person is permitted to hold exactly one rr789 account. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual — whether under different names, phone numbers or payment details — are a breach of these terms. rr789 may close all associated accounts and withhold any balances if duplicate accounts are identified.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account details current. If any information changes — particularly your linked JazzCash number, Easypaisa account or bank details — you must update your account before submitting a withdrawal request.

• You are solely responsible for keeping your password secure and confidential.
• All activity carried out under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.
• You must notify rr789 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• KYC verification: rr789 may request a copy of your CNIC or other identity document before processing withdrawals. This is a standard verification step, not a reflection on any individual account.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on rr789 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported payment channels for both deposits and withdrawals include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer to major Pakistan banks. rr789 does not charge currency conversion fees because all transactions remain in PKR throughout.

• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party funding is not permitted.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless account support approves an alternative in advance.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.
• rr789 may request verification of your identity or payment source before processing a withdrawal. This is for your protection as well as platform integrity.
• Withdrawals submitted while a bonus wagering requirement is active will not be processed until that requirement is fully met.
• Processing times for JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically within a few hours of approval. Bank transfers may take up to one business day.

rr789 will not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers including mobile wallet operators or banks. If a withdrawal fails due to incorrect account details provided by you, re-submission fees may apply.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

rr789 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be stated at the point of the offer. The following general bonus rules apply across all promotions unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per device.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier and qualifying games for each bonus are specified in the promotion terms.
• rr789 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been credited to an account.
• If a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are met, rr789 may remove the bonus amount and any winnings derived from it from the balance.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash outside of the stated wagering process.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through systematic play, arbitrage or multi-accounting may result in bonus cancellation and account review.

6 Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games on rr789 — including sports betting, live casino, slots, fish games and bingo — are governed by their own specific game rules in addition to these general terms. Where a conflict exists between specific game rules and these terms, the specific game rules take precedence for matters directly related to that game.

• Once a bet or game round is confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• For live sports betting, bets accepted after the event concludes are void and stakes will be returned.
• rr789 reserves the right to void bets placed at obviously incorrect odds due to technical error. Stake amounts will be returned in such cases.
• In the event of a game technical fault that interrupts a round, rr789's decision on the treatment of affected bets is final.
• Cricket, PSL and other sports markets are settled based on the official result as published by the relevant governing body. Any subsequent amendments to results by the governing body may be reflected in settlement.

7 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

rr789 is committed to providing a fair playing environment for all users. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and potentially being reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any tool that allows play or betting without direct human input.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or pool resources to exploit bonus structures.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or technical vulnerabilities. Any such error must be reported to support immediately and winnings derived from a known error may be voided.
• Opening or using accounts in another person's name, or sharing account access with other individuals.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, illegal or stolen payment methods.
• Any form of money laundering or using the platform for financial transactions unrelated to genuine gaming activity.
• Aggressive, threatening or abusive communication toward rr789 staff or other players in any platform chat or communication channel.

rr789 may monitor gameplay patterns and account behaviour to detect violations. The platform's decision on fair play matters is final.

8 Responsible Gaming

rr789 takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform is intended to be a form of entertainment, not a way to generate income or recover financial losses. We encourage all players to keep this in mind throughout their time on the platform.

• Set a session budget in PKR before you start playing and do not exceed it regardless of how the session is going.
• Set time limits for your gaming sessions and take regular breaks.
• Do not chase losses. A losing session does not increase your statistical chance of winning in the next session.
• If gaming is affecting your finances, relationships or daily responsibilities, take a break and seek support.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Being found to have multiple accounts on the platform.
• Prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Failure to complete requested identity verification within the stated timeframe.
• Any activity that rr789 considers to be fraudulent, abusive or contrary to fair play standards.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, rr789 may withhold outstanding balances pending investigation. You may also choose to close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting support, and any verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

11 Limitation of Liability

rr789 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work to maintain consistent service quality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or that the platform will meet every individual expectation.

• rr789 is not liable for losses arising from technical faults, internet outages or third-party payment provider delays beyond our control.
• rr789 is not responsible for any losses resulting from a player's failure to follow game rules, terms or responsible gaming guidance.
• To the maximum extent permitted, rr789's total liability to any player in connection with use of the platform is limited to the total value of funds deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Changes to These Terms

rr789 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If you disagree with any updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account. Your verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method.
